Nigel's work sits at the intersection of capital markets, politics, reputation, communications and international markets. For more than 40 years he has worked across public policy, financial and corporate communications, investor relations, capital markets, M&A, venture capital, and more recently fintech.

Sectors that Nigel has deep experience of include banking, capital markets, ECM, wealth management (traditional and platform D2C) and fintech; venture capital, defence, engineering and leisure & hospitality.

Nigel has advised and worked alongside CEOs, boards, investors, entrepreneurs, public bodies and senior management teams in the UK and internationally.

His experience includes senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Collins Stewart plc and Tullett Prebon plc; responsibility for global and regional corporate affairs functions; involvement in Latin American M&A; the launch of UK fund Fundsmith; and a decade advising Augmentum Fintech, from its pre-IPO development through its eventual acquisition.

Today, through Anagallis Communications, he focuses on strategic situations where judgement matters: transactions, growth, market entry, investor and stakeholder issues, regulation, reputation, crisis and communications.

He is particularly interested in working with private equity and venture capital investors, family offices, financial and fintech businesses, boards and CEOs.
