A communications professional whose career has included roles in-house, agency, private and public sector; in complex, global, multi-tier and matrix organisations across FTSE 100, FTSE 250, industrial manufacturing, financial and professional services.

Kristina's sector experience includes manufacturing, industrials, professional and financial services, fintech and PE-backed consolidator platforms.

A former director of group communications for industrials group Coats Group plc, Kristina has worked with and for prominent and high-profile brands throughout her career including PwC, Freshfields, PE-backed consolidation platform Nucleus Financial, and DS Smith during the latter's acquisition by a NYSE group.

Most recently specialising in internal communications and stakeholder management during corporate actions (M&A) and consolidation strategies, both in the UK and cross-border Europe and beyond, Kristina's early career was founded on the unrelenting and unforgiving world of front-line media relations.

Her near decade with Coats, where she was responsible for both internal and external communications before taking on the group corporate communications director role, whilst the company navigated a period of rapid change, pre-qualified her for subsequent high-profile roles in transformation and change programmes in businesses pivoting to new strategies and new ownership structures.
